Smoothies, made with milk or yoghurt and enriched with fruits, offer additional calories and protein, while nuts or a banana can further boost caloric intake. Dietitian’s Recommendation

To successfully increase weight, concentrate on nutrient-rich foods that offer a lot of calories without taking up too much space. Add nuts and olive oil, which are sources of healthy fats, to your meals. Strive to include protein-dense foods like eggs, lean meats, and legumes in your diet to help with building muscle.

Consuming several small meals during the day, rather than three large ones, may boost total calorie consumption. Think about incorporating smoothies with fruits, yoghurt, and nut butter into your diet to increase your calorie intake. Make sure to incorporate strength training into your schedule because increasing muscle mass is crucial for gaining weight in a healthy way.
