1. Lion Pose (Simhasana)

The lion pose helps release tension in the face, throat and neck while promoting blood circulation to the skin.
  1. Sit straight-backed and with relaxed shoulders.
  2. Take a deep breath through your nose while scrunching up your face, and close your eyes tightly.
  3. Exhale forcefully through your mouth, make a "ha" sound and stretch your tongue out as far as possible.
  4. Repeat this movement 5-10 times; with each exhalation, feel the release of tension from the face and neck.

2. Facelift

Cheek lifting exercises tone and lift the muscles in the cheeks, reducing the appearance of sagging skin and promoting a youthful appearance.
  1. Sit or stand with a straight back and your shoulders relaxed.

  3. Touch your index fingers to the apples of your cheeks and press gently.

  5. Hold for 5 seconds, and then relax.

3. Smoothing The Forehead

This exercise helps reduce forehead wrinkles and lines while promoting smoother skin.
  1. Sit or stand with a straight back and your shoulders relaxed.
  2. Place your palms on your forehead and point your fingers towards your hairline.
  3. Move your palms towards the hairline, gently pressing the forehead with your hands to smooth out any wrinkles or lines.
  4. Hold 5 seconds, then release.
  5. Repeat the movement 5-10 times, feeling the tension in your forehead loosen with each stroke.

4. Eye Lift

Eye lift exercises tone the muscles around the eyes and reduce puffiness and dark circles while promoting a more awake and youthful appearance.
  1. Sit or stand with a straight back and your shoulders relaxed.
  2. Place your index fingers under your eyebrows and your middle fingers on the outer corners of your eyes.
  3. Gently lift the eyebrows and the outer corners of the eyes upwards while closing the eyes tightly.
  4. Hold 5 seconds, and then relax.
  5. Repeat the exercise 5-10 times and feel the muscles around the eyes work with each stroke.

 

5. Neck Strengthener

This exercise slims the face and neck, giving a sharp jawline, reducing sagging and promoting a more defined contour. 
  1. Sit or stand with a straight back and your shoulders relaxed.
  2. Tilt your head back and look up at the ceiling.
  3. Close your lips tightly and push your tongue against the roof of your mouth.
  4. Slowly pull your lower lip over your upper lip while keeping your lips closed and your tongue pressed against the roof of your mouth.
  5. Hold for 5 seconds, and then relax.
  6. Repeat the exercise 5-10 times, with each movement feeling how the muscles of the neck and jaw work.

 

6. Happy Cheeks Sculpting

This exercise will tone, lift, and sculpt the cheeks and face.
  1. Try to smile at the corners of your mouth to feel a slight burning sensation in the corners of your mouth. 
  2. Push your index fingers into the corners of your mouth and move your fingers up towards your cheekbones as you push into the muscle. 
  3. Lift the muscle up towards the cheekbones, towards the corners of the eyes. 
  4. Hold for 20 seconds when you reach the top of your cheekbones and feel the muscles in your cheeks tighten. 
  5. Keep the corners of your mouth smiling as you do this. 
  6. Repeat three times.

 

7. Jaw Firmer

This facial yoga pose targets and strengthens the jawline, reducing sagging and promoting a more defined contour.
  1. Sit or stand with a straight back and your shoulders relaxed.
  2. Slightly tilt your head back and push your lower jaw forward, keeping your lips relaxed. You should feel a stretch along your jawline and neck.
  3. Maintain this position for 5–10 seconds, feeling the tension in your jaw and neck muscles.
  4. Slowly return your head to a neutral position and relax.
  5. Repeat 5-10 times.
  6. For added intensity, open your mouth slightly and move your jaw from side to side, gently resisting with your hand under your chin. Hold each side for a few seconds.

8. Tapping the face

Simply tapping your face can help promote relaxation and increase circulation.
  1. Start at your forehead and tap your fingertips rhythmically on your skin.
  2. Continue all over the face towards the jawline.
  3. Then tap the front of the neck and over the shoulders.
  4. Then, move up along the back of the neck to the head.
  5. Finally, rub your palms together to create warmth.
  6. Place your hands on your face and take several deep breaths.
